Where are 25N Coworking locations, and do you have plans for expansion?
We are proudly located in three vibrant Chicago suburbs, with two additional locations in Texas—one in a Dallas suburb and another in Waco. Our spaces are thoughtfully situated in central business districts within emerging, second-tier markets. We prioritize proximity to where our members live, ensuring that our locations are integrated into the heart of their daily lives. This strategic positioning fosters personal and professional connections within your neighborhood.
Shift Workspaces and 25N Coworking are both part of the LExC network. How do you feel this partnership enhances the coworking experience for members of both communities?
LExC is an invaluable network! It serves as my personal peer leadership group, allowing coworking space owners to connect directly, exchange ideas, and tackle challenges together. We turn to our LExC peers for everything—from recommendations on coffee machines to best practices in staffing and enhancing membership experiences.

Amenities may vary by location, but all spaces provide snacks and a monthly event calendar, with two engaging events held each week.

What trends are you seeing in the coworking industry, and how is 25N adapting to them?
Similar to the way hotel brands offer different tiers—think of it like Bonvoy at Marriott, where various properties cater to different needs, but all belong to the same group. We’re embracing a hybrid model where one location could offer a high-end club atmosphere with high touch hospitality, and another location that offers a simple, user driven experience. The service remains exceptional, but it’s more self-guided, offering flexibility and convenience. As businesses increasingly shift in this direction, we’re experimenting with this model to meet the diverse work styles of our users, from those needing daily access to those with more regular, occasional needs.
If someone from Shift is traveling and needs a workspace, what’s one thing they should know about working at 25N?
